Who we are?
Community Connections is one of the projects run by Larne Community Care Centre We provide support to people in the Larne area through a number of projects and services.
What do we do?
As a community-based project, we provide a holistic, person-centred, support service. We provide:
- A dedicated Helpline at 07762871103
- Advice and information regarding issues that are impacting on health and well-being
- Welfare and benefits advice
- Group activities
- One-to-One sessions
- Health and well-being activities and support packs
- Signposting to specialist support organisations
- Crisis Response care packs (subject to funding)
This is not exhaustive and will be adapted to the changing needs of our community
