About Good Morning Larne – A telephone befriending service
Good Morning Larne is a free and confidential telephone befriending support service for older people in Larne and surrounding areas, which currently delivers 14,000 telephone calls each year to many lonely and isolated seniors.
Our telephone befriending service is delivered by a team of volunteers who work on developing friendships on the telephone with our clients, to offer them a sense of safety and connection with the community. To feel confident and empowered as we help them stay independent at home. Improving their overall wellbeing, as they feel cared for and listened to within the community.
