Lisa Robinson
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in the education sector, with a strong focus on regulatory oversight, quality assurance, and organisational risk management. With a degree in Business and a postgraduate qualification in Building Business Resilience, Lisa approaches governance not as a tick-box exercise, but as a practical framework that protects, enables, and strengthens organisations.
In her professional role, she supports organisations to navigate compliance with clarity and confidence. Lisa is passionate about safeguarding, transparency and building systems that create trust and stability. As someone who is deeply family-oriented, Lisa brings a steady, values-driven approach to leadership, grounded in care, openness, and long-term thinking.
Suzanne Turner
Suzanne is an independent Speech & Language Therapist and founder of NI Private Speech Therapy, established in 2018. She has worked across community, charity and private practice throughout her career, including serving as Head of Children and Youth Services within Brain Injury Matters and as an Associate Parent Support Officer with Parentline NI.
Her areas of expertise include speech, language and communication development, neurodiversity-affirming practice, acquired brain injury, family support, safeguarding, service development and governance. Suzanne also provides professional supervision and reflective practice support to the senior leadership team at LCCC. Suzanne has significant experience in quality assurance, multidisciplinary collaboration and supporting vulnerable children, young people and families within community settings.
John MacRae
CLAIRE DORRIS
Claire has worked in the voluntary sector for more than 20 years, and is currently the Assistant Director for NI at the National Children’s Bureau.
A researcher by background, her job involves oversight of a range of research and practice projects focused on education and early years, policy influencing & developing funding bids for new work.
She has been on the LCCC Board since 2023, and really enjoys bringing her experience to support a really vital service in her local community.

Sarah O'Hagan
Co-ordinates volunteers for GML befriending service with in the Larne area.
Chloe Heggarty
Oversees the day-to-day running of all children’s projects.
Jennifer Davison
Supports families and individuals in our Crisis Accomodation.
